Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Nefarious Fox Apparel believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:

Cancellations:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order i.e within 6 hours of placing the order.

Returns or Exchanges for Size Issues:
We have a NO RETURN policy.
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit perfectly, and we want to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible. Therefore, we have implemented a hassle-free return and exchange policy for sizing issues. -
You may exchange your purchased product to a different size within 5 days of the delivery date if you encounter any sizing issues.
Please note: A flat fee of INR 100 will be charged for exchanging the size.
Conditions for Exchange:- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges.
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange. Once approved, we will promptly process the exchange, and you will be notified of the shipment of the replacement product. The replacement can take upto 15-20 days.
Sizing Change Limit: Each product is eligible for one sizing exchange only. Once a sizing exchange has been processed for a product, further size changes will not be allowed.
Exclusion of Offers: Products purchased through promotional offers, discounts, or sale events are not eligible for any kind of exchange. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase, as we cannot accommodate exchanges on promotional items.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. The replacement can take upto 15-20 days.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Nefarious Fox Apparel, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Please Note:
We request our customers to create a video while opening the courier bag and inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
